Tres Hermanas is the invention of Swiss based interior architect Iria Degen. The project is born from the idea of creating a convenient and quiet holiday home for family and friends. As a working mum with two kids, Iria Degen knows about the challenges to find and manage a vacation house that fits the needs of everyone. All her experiences, private and professional, are merging here into made-to-measure-solutions. 

Since she founded her own company in 2000, her name has become an internationally recognized trademark for timeless and sensual design, continuously seeking to define a new contemporary classic style. To her prestigious portfolio of clients are belonging multinational companies, hotels, commercial and public spaces as well as private customers. Tres Hermanas is the first house she has ever planned from the scratch.

The Living Experience

Vacations are for recreation. And for joyful moments shared with your beloved ones. To ensure calm and privacy, holiday homes have become the top choice for groups of friends and families. The contemporary finca Tres Hermanas is conceived for them.

If you invite other friends for an afternoon swim, showers and bathrooms are provided outside the house, next to the sauna and pool. No need to let them enter into your privacy. Tres Hermanas – and the living is easy.

Everything you appreciated during your stay, you can also enjoy at home: From the accessories to the lighting, from the rugs to the furniture. Most of them are made-to-measure by manufacturers and ateliers and designed by Iria Degen herself.
